Attendance Policy

  1. Participants must attend the three modules in consecutive order. If for any reason participants are not able to continue in the initial sequence of modules in which they registered, clinic they have the possibility to continue in another sequence, prostate even in a different region, city, or country where the certificate program is being offered. (See policy for Transfer of Registration below)
  2. Face-to-face modules: 100% attendance required.
  3. Online follow-up sessions: Participation is required in at least 2 of the 3 teleconferences that are scheduled between modules 1 and 2 and between modules 2 and 3. The purpose of these sessions is to:
    • Deepen understanding of topics presented in prior modules
    • Respond to questions about methods and techniques
    • Maintain communication with program participants
    • If participants cannot attend a live teleconference, they should send comments or otherwise participate in the dialogue with IIFAC instructors and their colleagues in the program.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation by IIFAC
    • The International Institute for Facilitation and Change reserves the right to cancel a program if fewer than 20 participants are enrolled.
    • Those who have registered for the cancelled program will receive a 100% refund of all fees paid or can chose to apply those fees to another program.
  2. Cancellation by the participant
    • A person enrolled in the program may cancel and receive a full refund of fees paidunder the following conditions.
    • Cancellations must be in writing and received 30 days (or more) before the start of the first module of the program.
    • An administrative fee of 10% of the amount previously paid by the participant will be deducted from the refund.
    • After the 30-day time limit has passed, no refunds will be made. The only option is to continue with the program at a different date or venue, in accordance with Registration Change Policy below.

Registration Change Policy

  1. Participants who would like to postpone the beginning of their training, or to continue with the program in a different venue, have one year to rejoin, under the following economic conditions:
    • To postpone the beginning of the training: The participant may postpone the beginning of module 1 until the next date for which it is scheduled at the original venue, paying any increase in fees that may have occurred.
    • To transfer the registration to a different venue: Requires permission from IIFAC and the local organizers and a 10% administrative surcharge on the amount already paid. If the transfer generate taxes, these must be paid by the participant.
